What began in 2004 as a single Retreat in San Antonio, Texas, has blossomed into a widespread network of locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. Founded by Shane Evans originally as Massage Heights, the Retreat was born out of her vision to meet the growing demand for professional and affordable massage therapy. The commitment to excellence and accessibility quickly resonated with communities far and wide, transforming a family-owned business into a thriving franchise with over two decades of experience. 

As we’ve grown, we’ve remained committed to our roots—creating career opportunities for countless massage and skin therapists, and entrepreneurs. I have been a Massage Heights member since 2018, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad massage. I don't even have a favorite therapist because every single one has been great. There aren't many places that have consistently impressed me (both pre and post-Covid) but this location is one of them!

Sakari is a wonderful masseuse!!! Always patient and very knowledgeable about muscular therapies. Excellent customer care!!!

Marriage was very polite and assisted in any questions that I needed answered. Glenna did an amazing job in my 90 min massage. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Ryan at the front desk is always very kind and hospitable. Recommend seeing Joseph for a massage, you can tell he's very knowledgeable and has a great technique.

Amazing massage from CJ! I got a 90 minute massage plus hot stones, he was professional and adjusted his pressure well based on my preferences. The environment was also clean and calming with the light music and customizable aromatherapy. I'll definitely be back-- great massage and fair prices
